Your November Resources Are Here!
Family Ministry is unique as it has multiple facets within different ministries from preschool all the way up to college. So when a family decides to visit the church, there is an opportunity to connect on multiple levels. To help you offer them a red-carpet welcome, we created a Welcome Kit for children and youth ministries, including gift ideas, email and text templates, and helpful tips. To inspire your committed families to join in on the fun, we shared three creative ways your parents can create a community of kindness for new families.
We hope your people enjoy this month’s content.
As always, it’s a pleasure to partner with you in ministry.
Blessings,
The M2P Team
P.S. If you use the Instant Parent Page (which you probably do because it’s awesome!!!), we offered parents How to Understand the Bible in 9 Pictures rather than the current Toolbox, the Welcome Kit. We figured your parents didn’t need those email and text templates. ????

COACHING VIDEO

“We need to talk.” Once a church leader hears these words, they can be the death sentence to a good night out with the family. For the rest of the night, they overuse their imagination deciphering every interaction possible to decode what could cause a “let’s talk” conversation. Sound familiar? In today’s coaching video, Elisabeth shares a simple, two-word solution to help any church leader ease their mind when it looks like a hard conversation is on the way.

New Families: How to Create a Community of Kindness
Your church can partner with parents in the community in a variety of ways to make a difference.
One way we know families can make an impact is through the small gesture of kindness to new families. Moving isn’t easy, and the “new” can be overwhelming with a “new” home, pediatricians, schools, church, and more.
In our parent video, we offer parents three creative ideas on how you can make a difference on the go in their everyday life. From PTO to neighborhood associations, they can create a community of kindness that will have a whole city talking.
