  • Read through the kit with your church in mind. 
  • Pull out one to two ideas that you can suggest to supplement.

If your church wants to add a “Welcome” structure…

  • Read through the kit noting the three sections. To start small, pick one.
  • Edit it to fit your church as listed under “How Do I Use It?”
  • Bring together volunteers and staff and share the new “Welcome” strategy.
  • Give some time to implement the new idea.
  • Repeat steps for the other two sections.
