Your February Resources Are Here!

You don’t have to have a seminary degree to understand that there are some huge five syllable words in the Bible.  It’s hard for parents to understand what these words mean, and it’s even more difficult to try and explain it to their kids!  But it’s absolutely worth learning the rich meaning behind these words and how it helps us further understand the Gospel.  This month we’ll take on two of those “big words” and help you unpack the treasures of truth that they have to offer.

WHAT IS IT?

The Family Football Challenge is a guessing game that families can play together while watching football on television. This quick and easy activity can involve all of the family whether they enjoy football or not.  Just print the document, fill out your guesses to the multiple choice questions, and enjoy seeing who gets the most answers right!

HOW TO USE IT

  • Email or text the download link to parents.
  • Parents can print the one page .pdf and let each family member guess what will happen during the game.
  • Each answer they get correct gets them points and the family member with the most points wins the game!
  • Whoever gets the most points can win a prize of the parent’s choosing.
  • This activity can also be used to bring excitement to viewing parties of multiple families or groups.

COACHING VIDEO

If you do ministry for any length of time, you’ll most likely have a parent get angry with you.  It’s not always caused by something that you did either.  Knowing the right way to respond to an angry parent can save you a ton of stress.  That’s what we’re going to learn in this months’ coaching video.
