Involving Parents in Ministry (with Kerry Ray)

Kerry Ray is one of the most creative minds in the nation when it comes to creativity in weekly programming. We asked him to create a coaching session for us to give us some his best tips on inviting parents to be a part of the weekly programming. For almost 30 years Kerry (or K-Ray as his friends call him) has been living out his calling for student ministry; working with high schoolers and middle schoolers as a student pastor, itinerate youth speaker, consulting and mentoring youth workers in churches of various sizes and denominations, educating parents on teenage development, and training volunteers. Kerry is a graduate from Beeson Divinity School with a Masters in Divinity. He and his family currently reside in Cincinnati, OH where he serves as a Director of Student Ministries.
